At JPH, we take pride in providing premium raw Slavic hair and professional extension tools. Because of the intimate nature of hair products, we keep strict hygiene and safety standards.
Hair: final sale
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair purchase. All hair is final sale.
Tools
Professional tools, including kits, may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Tools must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
Digital products: final sale
Ebooks and guides, including The Vendor List and The K-Tip Guide, are digital downloads delivered right after purchase. Because they can't be returned once accessed, all digital purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
JPH reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not follow this policy.
Shipping Policy
At JPH, we work to get every order to you quickly and safely.
Free shipping
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, not including weekends and holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary by destination. Shipping rates for orders under $100 and for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Digital products
Ebooks and guides don't ship. Your download link is available right after purchase and is also sent to your email.
Shipping responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. JPH is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed once they are in the carrier's possession.
International orders
Customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. JPH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
